IMPACT OF PHYSICAL ACTIVITY AND YOGA AMONG STUDENTS’ LIFE-A REVIEW PAPER

Abstract
Physical activities and Yoga are broadly practiced as a way to plug physical, mental, and spiritual well-being, while sort of studies have documented the efficacy of physical activities and yoga for functioning in healthy people and those experiencing illness or pain. We propose an analog among the physical, mental, and spiritual effects of the practice of physical activities and yoga on student’s behavior. Physical structures activated through physical activity and yoga practice include musculoskeletal, cardiopulmonary, autonomic nervous system, and endocrine functioning. Psychological benefits include improved coping, self-efficacy, and positive mood. Spiritual mechanisms that can be understood within a Western medical model include acceptance and mindful awareness. We present empirical evidence that supports the involvement of these domains. However, additional well-conducted studies are required to further establish the efficacy of physical activity and yoga for health states and to know how posture, breath, and meditative activity affect the body, mind, and spirit. In this study, we are specifically involved with secondary facts for the assessment of physical activities and yoga’s effect on students. Keywords: Physical Activities, Yoga, Students life, Students Development and Growth.
