The Psychophysiological Benefits of VR Starry Sky Landscape Experience: A Case Study of Hehuanshan Dark Sky Park.

Abstract
This study explores the effects of virtual reality (VR) starry sky landscapes on participants' emotions, happiness, and physiological indicators. Findings show significant increases in participants' positive emotions and happiness after the experience. Physiological data analysis indicates notable differences in heart rate variability (HRV), specifically in heart rate and HF Power, suggesting VR starry sky experiences may induce physiological relaxation by influencing the autonomic nervous system. In summary, the study confirms VR starry sky landscapes positively impact emotions, happiness, and certain physiological measures, highlighting their potential as effective therapeutic interventions, especially in managing stress in modern urban life.
