Examining Key Factors Influencing User Satisfaction With Ai Chatbot Usage in a Global Luxury Hotel

Abstract
Successful integration of emerging technologies often depends on recognizing and managing key factors. Leveraging elements from DeLone and McLean's Information System Success Model, this study intertwines scholarly perspectives on communication quality, forming the theoretical bedrock for probing the impact of information and communication quality on AI chatbot user satisfaction. The research method involved surveying users who engaged with the AI chatbot of a major international hotel chain and finalized reservations. Data, acquired through the survey, is analyzed using SPSS and Structural Equation Modeling. The study reveals that aspects of information quality including interaction, entertainment, problem-solving, privacy-assurance and trendiness, combined with the accuracy, credibility, and communication competence of communication quality, are critical determinants of AI chatbot user satisfaction.
