Paper Title
AN INNOVATIVE DESIGN OF FLIPPING A WATER BOTTLE OVER A WATER DISPENSER

Abstract
This research aimed to design and develop an innovative device capable of transporting, elevating, and inverting 20-litre water bottles for insertion into water dispensers. The design is engineered to eliminate the manual handling of these heavy water bottles, thereby addressing the common issue of lifting and injury risks associated with this task. The design’s unique mechanism facilitates the movement of the water bottle, its elevation to the dispenser’s height, and finally, its rotation to rest within the dispenser, enabling the bottle’s seal to be punctured. In addition to flipping the bottle over the dispenser, the study focused on designing a mechanism to carry and transfer the heavy bottle from outside to inside the house. The objective of this work is therefore to provide a practical solution to the prevalent problem of injury risks such as bending, twisting, turning, strains, low back pain, and sprains resulting from lifting heavy objects, enhancing convenience and safety in both domestic and commercial environments.
