The embedded sensors in the device constantly observe the blood pressure of the patient and compare it to a pre-set blood pressure range associated to the patient. The alerting feature vibrates the watch to inform the user about fluctuations in their blood pressure while also sending a notification to their mobile phone. The device also incorporates a fail-safe mechanism where an emergency message in dispatched in case of device breakdown to the contact numbers listed in the phone with the last location of the device. Personalized heart rate and blood pressure selections can be created to accommodate patient with varying conditions that may result abnormal ranges. Device focuses of recovering patients in rehabilitation without the doctor’s constant surveillance but still require certain amount of observation.
