ELECTRICAL PROPERTIES ANALYSIS FOR ZnS-BASED JFET MODEL

Abstract
The paper mainly focuses on the Electrical Properties Analysis for Zinc Sulphide (ZnS)-based JFET Model using MATLAB language. The research problem in this study is to be difficulty for checking the unknown advanced material-based high performance semiconductor devices without using physical equipment in a laboratory. The solution for this research challenge is to analyze the electrical properties on targeted JFET structure with numerical techniques with the help of MATLAB language. The checking for the performance measurement on conductivity analysis is the outstanding techniques based on the four probes measurement for fabricated semiconductor devices. The results in this study confirm that the developed ZnS-based JFET devices could be utilized in the high-performance application in reality.
