EXPLORATION OF THE USING VIRTUAL REALITYIN ARABIC LANGUAGE LEARNING: CHALLENGES AND OPPORTUNITIES

Abstract
The use of Virtual Reality (VR) technology in learning Arabicis one of the innovations in learning Arabic. VR provides a deep and immersive learning experience, allowing students to feel present in an authentic Arabic language environment. They can interact in simulated real-world situations, such as communicating in traditional markets or playing Arabic-language games. Student engagement is enhanced through this interactive learning experience. Therefore, this article aims to analyze the use of VR in Arabic language learning at the junior high school level. The research results show that using VR in Arabic language learning in junior high schools offers significant opportunities to create a more immersive, interactive, and enjoyable learning experience. However, the challenges include costs, school infrastructure readiness, teacher training, and an integrated curriculum. VR also requires close monitoring to ensure that it genuinely improves one's Arabic language skills and cultural understanding.It should be emphasized that despite challenges, virtual reality (VR) technology can surpass certain constraints of conventional language teaching techniques and offer fresh prospects for individuals learning the Arabic language.
