OVERCOMING THE CHALLENGES OF MANAGING A PRIVATE ONLINE COURSE FOR YOUNG LEARNERS: TEACHERS’ PERSPECTIVE
Abstract
Abstract - This research is being conducted in private online courses. The study aims to describe the teacher`s perception of
overcoming the challenges of managing private online course for young learners. This research is descriptive research. The
subjects of the research use purposive sampling. The data was gathered through direct observation, interviews, and
documentation, which were analyzed descriptively using the interactive technique. The interactive analysis was done by
collecting data, reducing the data, presenting the data, and drawing conclusions. The aims of this research are: (1) to identify
the challenges in managing an English private online course for young learners based on teachers' perspective. (2) to
describe the teachers` perception of overcoming the challenges of managing an English private online course for young
learners. The data was gathered through direct observation and interviews with the teachers. Based on the research findings,
teachers employ effective management strategies, open communication, flexibility, and creativity to overcome the challenges
of managing a private online course for young learners.
