The Effect of ESG ON Sustainability Performance of Global Travel Firms
Abstract
The purpose of this study is investigating the relationship between environmental, social and governance (ESG) on sustainability performance of global travel firms. First, this study employs Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) to measure sustainability performance of 59 global firms from 2017-2021. Second, a truncated regression is utilized to examine the relationship between environmental, social and governance on sustainability performance. The finding highlighted that environmental score has a negative effect on sustainability performance of global travel firms.
