Determining The Employer's Duties in Arranging A Breast Milk Storage Area for Female Employees in The Business Establishment.

Abstract
An abstraction of Women is now more active than women in the past. Women today work outside their homes to earn income to support their families. At the same time, they are pregnant with giving birth to children in human species. Because female employees are less physically fit than men, there must be three additional criteria for protecting female employees. 1)The study aims to study the basic concept of the employer's duty to store milk in the business establishment. 2) To study Thailand's laws in comparison with foreign laws on the designation of female employees' milk storage areas in business establishments. 3) To suggest ways to improve the law by setting up employers' duties on milk storage areas for female employees in the business establishment. In 1998, there was a set of rules for protecting female employees that were different from ordinary employees in category 3, which had many protections, regardless of maternity leave and where to ban female employees from working. Well, no employer or place for female employees to store milk in their workplace has been established, resulting in the inability of these female employees to store milk at work that could adversely affect mothers and children, so the author views that the Labor Protection Act should be revised.1998 By increasing the employer's duty to provide a place for female employees to keep milk in their business establishments.
