Knowledge Management Improves Entrepreneurship Performance in Educational Institutions in Indonesia

Abstract
Entrepreneurship development activities are important to carry out in schools so that schools can progress and develop. Based on the Global Entrepreneurial Monitor (GEM) 2022/2023 regarding Indonesia's entrepreneurial framework conditions related to education, it shows that entrepreneurship education in schools has decreased compared to the previous year. Based on this, efforts are needed to improve school entrepreneurial performance. One factor that can improve entrepreneurial performance in schools is the school's knowledge management capabilities. This research study will test whether knowledge management can influence entrepreneurial performance in schools in Indonesia. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach through surveys. The unit of analysis for this study is junior high school level in Indonesia. Quantitative data sources come from school principals, teacher representatives, and school committees. The results of this research prove empirically that knowledge management activities carried out by schools can improve school entrepreneurial performance.
