Abstract
The research on key factors contributing to the success of managing the Incubation Unit, the Institute for Research and Development, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University aims to 1. To develop and improve the management manual for the Incubation Unit, The Institute for Research and Development, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University to be aligned with the up-to-date regulations, rules, policies, and Project Terms of Reference (TOR). 2. To serve as a tool to generate knowledge in terms of managing the Incubation Unit, the Institute for Research and Development, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University. 3. To enable personnel working for the Incubation Unit to understand the principles, concepts, methods and processes of management of the Incubation Unit, the Institute for Research and Development, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University with the ultimate goal of the increase in the effectiveness of their working performance. The study findings revealed that keys factors contributing to the success of managing the Incubation Unit, The Institute for Research and Development, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University included the organizational structure of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University Business Incubator Corporation, also known as SUBIC. In addition, other factors included networking initiatives aimed at fostering collaboration to promote for student development towards becoming new entrepreneurs, utilizing students' research achievements, innovations, and creative works for commercial purposes. Assistance in the accessibility of business partners and exploring various channels for outsourcing, along with the operational activities of the Incubation Unit and project outcome following up based on selection criteria also played crucial roles in the success of management in The Incubation Unit.
