The Satisfaction of Personnel Having Been Knowledge Transferred and Receiving Research Support Funding Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University

Abstract
The objectives of this research study are: 1) To examine the satisfaction level of personnel who have been knowledge transferred and received research support funding at Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University. 2) To examine the problems and suggestions of personnel who have been knowledge transferred and received research support funding at Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University. The sample group in this research involved 52 personnel who have been knowledge transferred and received research support funding at Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University. A questionnaire was used as an instrument in order to collect data. The results of the hypothesis test indicated that the personnel who have been knowledge transferred and received research support funding, categorized by faculty/department, did not show difference significantly in terms of satisfaction overall. Personnel who have been knowledge transferred and received research support funding, have an impact on the knowledge and understanding that have been transferred.
