Satisfaction of Student Towards Physics Laboratory Sevices: 2020 (In Case Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University)

Abstract
This research aims to evaluate visitors’ satisfaction with staff, science equipment, laboratory rooms, and facilities. Using online questionnaires samples were taken from 105 respondents who were visitors to the Physics 1 laboratory. This research is a multiple case study. The students registered in PHY 1112 Physics 1 laboratory subject in the academic year 2020. Compile the results of the experiment from students and analyze the data by present statistical.The research results show that the visitors were most satisfied with the service staff, materials, equipment, instruments, laboratories, and facilities.
