Abstract
Conflict management is a key part of organizational dynamics that affects efficiency, representative satisfaction and overall success. In this context, this paper examines the perplexing landscape of conflict resolution in contemporary organizations, specifically focusing on a company operating in the United Arab Emirates.Thepaper examines conflict management and resolution strategies in contemporary organizations focusing on a company Emaar Properties, associated with UAE Stock Exchange based in the United Arab Emirates. The literature review synthesizes important studies and identifies research gaps, especially in the context of the United Arab Emirates. A critical analysis of the current state of the selected company's design and contention systems provides recommendations for improvement proposals.
