Paper Title
The Impact of Communication Among Supply Chain Participants on Project Outcomes

Abstract
Numerous studies highlight the significance of communication in project performance, yet few delve into how supply chain (SC) communication influences project performance. In this study, we explore the relationship among SC communication, leadership, team learning and training, and project outcomes using survey data from 193 research and development (R&D) and new product development (NPD) projects. Structural equation modeling (SEM) reveals positive direct links from SC communication to leadership, learning and training, and project performance. It also demonstrates a positive direct link between leadership and project performance, as well as a positive direct link between learning and training and project performance. SC communication has the most significant positive effect on project performance, while leadership has the least significant effect on project performance. We also discuss the implications of our research for both practice and theory in SC communication management.
