Paper Title
Evaluation of Bacillus sp and Pseudomonas sp as stimulators of root growth in Pisum sativum seed
Abstract
The genera Bacillus sp and Pseudomonas sp, rhizobacteria that promote plant growth, have an impact on plant development through various mechanisms. Due to farming, we were forced to develop new strategies. The objective of this research was to evaluate the promotion of root growth in Pisum sativum seeds by inoculating strains of Bacillus sp and Pseudomonas sp as irrigation treatments for 15 days, in conditions without light.
Variations in root growth were observed throughout the study period, highlighting the positive impact of Pseudomonas sp (M6-11-C3) with a growth rate of 25% compared to the water control, thus underlining the beneficial influence of Pseudomonas sp in the accumulated root growth of Pisum sativum.
