Paper Title
Navigating the Use of Science And Technology in Maintaining and Boosting Mental Health

Abstract
The development of social media, mobile phones, Internet, and other digital technologies has brought about many changes in our world. It has given people access to information that was previously only available to a small number of people. The fact that there are more than 6 billion phones in the world is an illustration of how far-reaching technology has become (BBC, 2012). Real-time data availability has raised hopes for more effective intervention and the management of health issues by making better use of the limited human resources available. It also affects legal and ethical issues, such as privacy in digital health interactions, and the roles that providers and patients play in these changes. People's daily lives have rapidly changed and been infused with digital technology. As per the Pew Research Center, 72% of Americans had a mobile phone (2015). According to a report released by the IMS Institute for Healthcare Informatics in the same year, there were 165,000 mobile health applications available, with two-thirds of them being centered around overall wellness. Although there are not as many apps for mental health, the number is still rising. To eliminate the numerous disorders linked to mental health and wellbeing, this paper will address how digital technology has recently drawn attention in the field of mental health and present some applications of technology for mental health development and enhancement.
