Abstract
Abstract - The culture in many workplaces has been negatively affected by incivility among employees and from customers, clients, or patients. This inappropriate behavior needs to be recognized and addressed to retain workers in a safe and respectful environment. This paper aims to shed light on the manifestations, effects, and difficulties associated with the workplace. By reviewing the recent data related to in-person and remote badgering, this research identifies the growing phenomena and suggests preventative measures to create a secure and inclusive work environment.
