Paper Title
ACROSS THE TRAVEL HORIZON- HOW DOES ONLINE REVIEW ENVISAGE A TRAVELLER’S EXPERIENCE AND FUTURE BEHAVIOUR?

Abstract
Abstract - Scholars have perceived that the reviews generated by the creators in the tourism and hospitality platforms are truly vital for potential users (who are travellers) to plan for their travel trips. These reviews could be a valuable tip generated by the online platforms for travellers to visualise, improve and authenticate the ‘real scene’ of the destination. Although many studies have explored the importance of online travel reviews, there are still limited studies to explore the complexity of online reviews and linking online travel platform experience towards the physical travel experience. The current conceptual study will fill the research gap by proposing how online travel platform experience could probably influence on-site travel experience as well as post-travel behaviour.
