MANAGERIAL ADOPTION IN E-FULFILLMENT SERVICES USING UTAUT THEORY APPROACH

Abstract
Abstract - Effective managerial adoption is needed in enhancing the organization as the response of the growing of new technology and the competitiveness of e-commerce industries. To maintain the company’s best performances, the management need to understand the key determinants factors in influencing the employee’s willingness to adopt the new technology. The dataset explained in this paper present some variables of the UTAUT theory which include the performance expectancy, effort expectancy and social influence and their relationship into the managerial adoption of the new technology especially in the E-fulfilment services industries. The explanation of variables managerial adoption allows us to extend the relationship of each UTAUT variables. We run the regression analysis and document the model’s main relationship using SPSS.
