THE SUSTAINABLE MANAGEMENT EXTENSION: A SYSTEM APPROACH TO THE APPLICATION OF KFC EVIDENCE, UK AND VIETNAM
Abstract
The management functions of its process are interrelated and must be addressed. In contrast, the new management process designs and maintains an environment where personnel working together in groups accomplish efficiently selectedaims. Managers carry out the main functions of management such as planning, organizing, staffing, leading, and controlling. However, the studyaccorded that a more censorious, new talent management approach is needed, that talent management should go beyond mere economic exchange between thetalent and their employers. This research is filling the gap to explore the connection between macro, meso, and micro-levelsystematics perspectives. The KFC, UK and Vietnam case studies signify the insightful meaning of talent management to social aspects and sustainable development of the society (both moral- legal aspects and trust from external and internal stakeholders). Based on the content analysis, the study frequently concentrates on conducting in-depth interviews.For this study, an indepth interview one to one was carried out among experts and managers of KFC. In specific, these expertsare active and experienced in this field and. These experts participates in the interview by making appointment in advance. Thus, the researcher prepares transcript, takes notes and record the interview. Further, the discussion time is around one hour per one interviewing.The study elaborate that the directions of the strategic and individual perspective exchange offer the complete view of management and employment (relationship and continuance management rather than solely economic or normative exchange) and further exploration of new valuable talent.
