STUDY OF NEW SYNTHESIZED PIPERAZINE-CONTAINING COMPOUNDS FOR THE ABILITY TO STIMULATE LEUKOPOIESIS, MICROBICIDAL AND ADHESIVE ACTIVITY OF GRANULOCYTES
Abstract
Abstract - This paper presents study of new synthesized piperazine-containing compounds for the ability to stimulate leukopoiesis, microbicidal and adhesive activity of granulocytes. The study received 4 compounds. All compounds have piperazine nuclear and several types radicals. The leucopoiesis- and immune-stimulating activity of the compounds was carried out on a model of cyclophosphamide-inducing pancytopenia. Further, the experiment was continued according to the generally accepted method for studying spontaneous NBT - a test with the reduction of nitroblue tetrazolium to diformazan.
