This article conducts a case study analysis, exploring the complex dynamics that arise when different open innovation methodologies come together in a startup venture driven by sustainability goals. The case study examines a comprehensive range of open innovation tactics, focusing on their collective impact: Customer-Centric Co-Creation, External Collaborative Ecosystems, Digital Crowdsourcing Platforms, Supplier Involvement in Sustainability, Intrapreneurship, and Organizational Innovation. The analysis reveals the intricate collaboration produced by merging these varied open innovation methodologies.
