Paper Title
FEATURES OF THE KAZAKH LANGUAGE OF THE BAYAN-ULGII REGION OF MONGOLIA
Abstract
Abstract - In addition to the dialects of the Kazakh language in Kazakhstan, one should mention the status of the Kazakh language, which has formed its written and oral literary norms in other regions, in a different linguistic environment, and is developing independently. An example of this is the language of the Kazakhs of Mongolia and China, who developed a standardized regional literary language based on their own written and spoken language.
In this report, the Kazakh language of the Bayan-Ulgii region of Mongolia is considered as a regional language of the Kazakh language. The linguistic features of this region are analyzed at the lexical, phraseological, and word-formation levels. For the analysis, materials from a scientific expedition to the Bayan-Ulgii region, which took place last year, were used.
In addition, the report includes factors that influenced the formation of linguistic features. In particular, it is analyzed from the point of view of such factors as historical-cultural, socio-political, and educational, which influenced the formation of linguistic characteristics. The Kazakh language of the Mongolian Kazakhs is different compared to the language of the Kazakhs of Turkey, Uzbekistan, and Russia. The reasons for this are also discussed in the report.
