PATIENT SATISFACTION: COMPARATIVE STUDY BETWEEN GAUR EYE HOSPITAL, CKNEH AND FATEHBAL EYE HOSPITAL OF NEPAL

Abstract
Abstract - The Gaur Eye Hospital, CKNEH, and FatehBal Eye Hospital are secondary-level eye hospitals under the umbrella of Nepal NetraJyotiSangh. These hospitals are located near the Indian border and serve more than 60% of Indian patients. It is important to measure patient satisfaction in order to evaluate the quality of the hospital's service and management system. It is an integral part of every hospital's management system. Therefore, many hospitals are focusing on a patient-centered approach. The purpose of this study was to compare the satisfaction levels of patients in these three hospitals. This study aimed to compare patients' satisfaction levels with the services provided by these three hospitals. A retrospective study was conducted based on data collection using SERVQUAL model questionnaire at 3 different hospitals of Nepal and the results were compared with Tangibility,Dependability, Confidence, Empathy, Equitable, and timeliness.
