Paper Title
MICROBIOLOGICAL STUDY OF DAM WATER
Abstract
Abstract - According to bacterial study we have tested the AMBADI dam water sample .The dam water samples were taken from two different sides of 2 dam water. Such results were compared with WHO standards, pathri village drinking borewell water &lawhali-takli dam water tq. kannad dist.- aurangabadmaharashtra. Also This article gives information about the microbiological quality of water both contained in the sand dam via test holes and abstracted from it through covered wells and scoop holes. In total, the values of thermotolerant coliform (TTC) concentration, turbidity, and pH are presented .The detailed study shows that sanitary surveys are not a helpful indicator of water quality in sand dams; Over a 06-month period (January 2018 to June 2018), we observed the bacteriological study of water from the dam water and 2 source water dams. The following bacteria we found ; including total coliform (TC), faecal coliform (FC), and enterococci (ENT) counts, Faecal indicator bacteria (FIB) were found in high range.
