HEALTH BELIEF MODEL THEORY: ANALYSIS OF 3M'S BEHAVIORAL SONG "INGAT PESAN IBU"? (WEARING MASKS, WASHING HANDS, KEEPING DISTANCE) IS IT EFFECTIVE IN SUPPRESSING THE TRANSMISSION OF THE COVID-19 VIRUS?

Abstract
Abstract - The COVID-19 virus is spreading more and more rapidly, with an increasing number of people doing activities outside the home. This COVID-19on was seen when the new normal was implemented and the PSBB (large-scale social restrictions) was relaxed. According to BBC News Indonesia the number is 5000 with the spread of the virus being almost undetectable. People are no longer gathering in Indonesia and 5000, trying to forget about health protocols. In this study, we will discuss the song from Padi Reborn entitled,IngatPesan Ibu, which invites people to always care about health conditions. Healthy behavior assumes that it is related to action variables where a person feels vulnerability to what is felt, and this action also depends on the seriousness of explaining the condition. This study uses an objective approach. The results of the research found that the lyrics of the song "IngatPesan Ibu" did not provide awareness of 3M's behavior because it was not healthy behavior that emerged; instead, people were increasingly afraid of the existing conditions. There has not been an example that can be used as a reference to remain disciplined in 3M's behavior. the government's indecisiveness to provide sanctions for violators. 3M's rules of violation are very strict on the people and very lax on officials or the government. Even though the call for 3M behavior existed before the song,ā€¯IngatPesan Ibu" was released. Keywords - COVID-19, New Normal, Health of Belief Model, PSBB
