CONSENT OF MEDICAL ACTIONS AS FULFILLMENT OF PATIENT'S RIGHTS IN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF MEDICAL ACTIONS AT SEMEN PADANG HOSPITAL

Abstract
Abstract - Health for humans is very important, Indonesia also regulates it in the UUD1945. Then it is also Regulated in the Health Law on Medical Practice, the Law on Hospitals, and other related provisions. Implementation of health is a service to carry out health efforts, both promotive, preventive, curative and rehabilitative, is through the practice of medicine. Medical practice is a legal relationship between a doctor and a patient in an effort to implement health. This relationship is not always good because there are many cases involving this legal relationship. This special relationship is called therapeutic consent, which occurs after the informed consent is approved by the patient. Even though there was informed consent, the efforts made were not optimal and could even lead to death.Patients and their families can sue doctors and hospitals. Interestingly, this is to be investigated with the formulation of the problem, How is the implementation of approval for medical action in fulfilling patient rights at Semen Padang Hospital? The research method was used juridical empirical, and the results found turned out that this agreement was indeed a special agreement, which is called inspaningverbintenis, and its implementation at Semen Padang Hospital (SPH) complies with the relevant provisions.
