Abstract
Abstract - The advent of Artificial Intelligence (AI) has created groundbreaking opportunities for businesses of all sizes. While large corporations have been leading the charge in AI adoption, Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) stand to benefit significantly from integrating AI into their operations. However, SMEs face unique challenges that can hinder the successful implementation of AI. This review synthesizes literature across various domains to identify and elaborate on these challenges, and presents results of an interview of 191 managers of SMEs.
