Abstract
Abstract - In the competitive business landscape, effective employee management is crucial for achieving a competitive advantage. Research underscores the positive relationship between quality management and organizational success. However, employee turnover growth in Switzerland has raised concerns about maintaining employee satisfaction. This study investigates the impact of managerial practices on job crafting, organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), and performance in the Swiss Private Banking Sector. The research aims to fill gaps in understanding how managerial practices influence employee behavior and performance. The study employs a descriptive survey design, combining qualitative and quantitative approaches, targeting employees across managerial levels in Swiss private banks. The research addresses the need for insights into effective management practices and their effects on employee behavior, aiming to contribute to organizational success.
