HEXACO PERSONALITY TRAITS AND FRUSTRATION RESILIENCE
Abstract
Abstract - This paper presents the relationships between personality traits and frustration resilience among Taiwanese elementary school teachers in central Taiwan. There were 550 questionnaires randomly distributed to qualified participants. Finally, there were 500 valid questionnaires returned. Multiple regression analyses were conducted to reveal the predictability of these personality traits on the frustration resilience of elementary school teachers. The results indicated that extraversion, agreeableness, and conscientiousness can positively predict frustration resilience respectively. Some suggestions were made for school and educational authorities may concerned to take care of these issues to for teachers’ mental health.
