Abstract - This research study examines the bank stability of the banking system in the Republic of Bulgaria, employing mathematical modeling and systemic assessment. The aim is to analyze the trends, challenges, and factors influencing the stability of banks in Bulgaria, with a focus on developing mathematical models that can provide valuable insights into the overall system stability. The study utilizes a comprehensive dataset of financial indicators and macroeconomic variables to construct mathematical models that capture the dynamics of bank stability. By applying advanced quantitative techniques and statistical analysis, the research identifies key determinants of bank stability and assesses their impact on the overall resilience of the banking system.
