Analysis On Voucher Wifi Via Sms Adoption By Mobile Phone Subscriber In Indonesia Utilising Modified Model Of Utaut2

Abstract
Since mid-2012, PT. XYZ issued a new product wifi.id namely internet access with wifi access technology but to date PT. XYZ wifi access point utilization is still low. To increase the utilization of the access point wifi.id, PT. XYZ launched products wifi.id access tools that can be obtained by sending an sms from a mobile phone number that the customer owned named voucher wifi via sms , but customer adoption of the voucher wifi via sms is still low. Therefore, this study tries to examine the factors that influence the intention of mobile phone subscribers to adopt voucher wifi via sms . Based on test results, factors influence the behavioral intention the most is facilitating condition followed by habit, hedonic motivation and price value seen from the value of path coefficient and t-value above the level of significant, while behavioral intention and habit effect on use behavior. The test results also state effort expectancy and social factors influence not significantly affect the customer�s intention to adopt voucher wifi via sms for the value of t-value were below the level of significant, while facilitating condition does not affect the customer�s use behavior. The test results also showed that only age factor moderates the effect of effort expectancy, social influence and habit towards behavioral intention, while gender moderating almost all constructs except for the effect of effort expectancy on behavioral intention.
