Abstract
Abstract - Rapid changes have been experienced in the demographic structure in Turkey, in the rural-urban population distribution. Tekirdag population growth rate is higher than the Türkiye average. The positive atmosphere created by the improvement of economic and social opportunities and the increase in investments after 1980 showed its effect on the population growth rate.
