EMPIRICAL ANALYSIS OF SPIRITUALITY AT WORK AND JOB SATISFACTION

Abstract
Abstract - This study, conducted on 350 people in total, explores the relationship between spirituality and workplace satisfaction in the workplace. Findings are positive and Cronba Alpha values are inner life=.747, sense of community=.876, sense of meaning=.860 and job satisfaction=.888. Anova analysis has shown us that it is significant at the .05 level in the model. It showed that the standardized regression weights in the t-test were significant at the .05 level for all variables.
