DEVELOPING A LEARNING MODEL TO BUILD SKILLS FOR FOOD BUSINESS ENTREPRENEUR IN A DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY SOCIETY TO ACCOMMODATE THE CRISIS SITUATION

Abstract
Abstract - The purpose of this research was to study the approaches for online learning management in subjects requiring practical training and developing a learning model to build skills and develop to be a food business entrepreneur in a crisis situationthat emphasize learner equipment. It included experimentingwith a learning model to assess the effectiveness and acceptance of this learning style. The population and the sample consisted of 3 groups: 1) students, 2) professors, and 3) food business entrepreneurs. By using a principle design thinking process the aim was to make the learning model able to create both knowledge and skills consistent with the nature of the learners which can create good learning achievement.
