Abstract
Abstract - This article describes the architecture of BENGEE – a platform for electronic auctions and e-commerce. The purpose of the BENGEE project is to improve online commerce and to decentralize the electronic auction system through blockchain, to help citizens and SMEs in better purchasing decisions by creating coalitions in order to increase their negotiating power. The BENGEE platform has more components that cover different functionalities. One component is dedicated to Translating the price elasticity of demand from B2B to B2C area using Machine Learning.
