SOME CHALLENGES OF MANAGEMENT IN VALUE CREATING FROM ANALYTICS OF BUSINESS
Abstract
Abstract - In recent years the big data popularity and analytics of business has increased greatly and a main challenge for organizations is in conception how to leverage and management them to value production of business. This research study the faced challenges by organizational managers seeking to become more information-driven and data in order to production of value. The case studies augmented the Delphi results and highlighted different areas of challenge focal: analytics strategy and clear data are necessary for organizations, the honest people to effect a data-driven educative change, and to check information and data ethics when application data for competitive benefit. Based on the results, this presents research an ecosystem of business analytics for organizations that contributes to the scholarly knowledge body by know business areas key and actions to address to arrive this transformation.
