Identification of Building Reliefs at Penataran Temple, East Java

Abstract
Abstract - The purpose of this study is to identify the architectural forms of buildings that existed during the Majapahit Kingdom based on the reliefs found in Penataran Temple. By carefully observing each building relief and the surrounding reliefs, the authors have identified three possible functions for these buildings. These functions include their use as places of worship, public spaces, and private spaces. Each of these building functions exhibits distinct roof structures, architectural designs, and building foundations. Keywords - Building, Function, Majapahit Kingdom, Penataran Temple, Relief.
