Assessing The Contribution of Mobile Banking Features in Increasing Satisfaction Level of the Consumers in Bangladesh

Abstract
The purpose of this quantitative research study is to investigate whether mobile banking applications in Bangladesh are successful in increasing levels of customer satisfaction. A theoretical model will be developed on the effectiveness of mobile banking apps on the level of satisfaction experienced by customers. The researcheranalyzed the user experience of various mobile banking apps such as Nexus pay, Astha, EBL sky, Upay, Cellfin, and ABDirect, among others, by using an online survey to collect data from mobile banking app users in Bangladesh. The survey has been conducted in Bangladesh. The purpose of the study is to gain a better understanding of the value that is being created for customers by these apps and how these apps contribute to increase customer satisfaction. The findings of this study provides insights into the effectiveness of mobile banking applications in Bangladesh and helps identify areas for improvement to enhance customer satisfaction in the mobile banking sector. The findings of this study are beneficial for those working in the banking industry in Bangladesh, including policymakers, researchers, and providers of mobile banking applications.
