The Effect of top Management Team Behavioral Integration on Innovation Ambidexterity: Decision Speed as a Mediator
Abstract
This study aims to explore the relationship between Behavioral Integration, Strategic Decision-Making Speed, Innovation Ambidexterity and Environmental Dynamism. This study is a theoretical complement to the intermediary process of upper echelon theory. This study is based on the idea of upper echelon theory that the characteristics of Top Management Team will have a relationship with organizational outcomes. Then, this study explores situational factors to understand factors in the environment whether it will affect the speed with which the organization makes decisions.
