Use of Semi-Structured Interviews to Develop a Lifelong Learning Approach to Creative Aging – A Perspective of Long-Stay Senior Tourism

Abstract
Among many other data collection methods, the semi-structured interview is a widely used method in qualitative research. The semi-structured method offers high flexibility and interaction with retired seniors while providing a consistent framework for interviews. The objectives of this study are to investigate retired seniors' activities that reflect their learning, and to suggest what preparation should be undertaken to optimize a semi-structured interview.
