Moroccan Cooperative Governance by Indicator Reference Sheet

Abstract
Based on the observation of cooperative management in Morocco, this study has the aim to situate oneself in the reality of the current cooperative context. Indeed, it is based on understanding the cooperative phenomenon from within and induces another form of scientific verification. Even more, the choice of the interpretive approach is justified by a continuous adaptation in the field with the various stakeholders who each hold a unique vision of the cooperative model by placing themselves in their place in order to understand the meanings they attach to the cooperative model. In addition, we used Abductive Inference, which served as a reasonable explanatory intuition to act as an interpreting to properly get the object model of this ambitious study. Furthermore, the qualitative case study method proved to be in perfect harmony with the selected methodology to understand and analyze the data collected through the indicators of social utility thanks to its exploratory nature. Then, many Moroccan cooperatives were at the center of this study by ensuring during data collection the relevance of the data through semi-structured interviews, both individually and in groups with members while basing themselves on observation and internal documents. Finally, the data processing, we carried out a complementary vertical, horizontal and transversal analysis to strengthen the validity of the cooperative model.
