Paper Title
Analyzing Under pricing and Market Performance of IPOS in India: Fresh-Issues and OFS

Abstract
Our paper combines the two threads of IPO under pricing and categorization. We empirically analyze the existence, magnitude, and determinants of the under pricing phenomenon of 421 IPOs listed on the National Stock Exchange from 2005 to 2017 for various categories of fresh-issues of IPOs. The findings show that when an IPO is 100% fresh-issue or OFS, its under pricing is higher than the mix of fresh-issue and OFS.
