Paper Title
Productivity Improvement of Garment Industry through Work-Study Methods and Simulation

Abstract
To remain competitive in today's market, you must first provide the best product quality at the lowest possible cost, with the shortest possible delivery time, and the highest possible level of customer satisfaction, before increasing the rate of production for industry profit. This study aims at using time and motion analysis to solve problems in the operating process of the garment production line for Al Areen plant. The path process chart technique, which is one of the most recent methods in motion and time study, is the foundation of the research methodology. Results show that the production time has been reduced by 18%, and the production of the line was raised by 54%.
