Paper Title
A CRM Approach of Students Satisfaction in Higher Education

Abstract
The education system worldwide has been for some time now under the spotlight as stakeholders are requesting from our instruction providers to deliver visible solutions for the future society. In this context, students in higher education are at the heart of all changing perspectives since merely every change in the education system begins with student-professor role change. The current paper offers an overview on how perspective on students have changed from a passive actor who receives education to an active co-creator of their learning as they offer input regarding their satisfaction with their courses. But the satisfaction era is slowly being replaced by the happiness era where students are redirected from professional feedback givers on their satisfaction to explorer of own happiness and recipient of universities’ guidance through discoveries. Future research will reveal even more proofs for the positive outcomes of the happiness era in students’ lives. Keywords - Students’ Happiness; Marketing; Higher Education; Satisfaction
