How does Father's Involvement in Child Care and Household Work Affect the Evaluation of Infant Children's Non-Cognitive Abilities? : Analyses with Three-Year pooled Data

Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to examine the relationship between fathers' involvement of unpaid work and the evaluation of their children's non-cognitive abilities (diversive curiosity, specific curiosity, challenge, and grit). Using survey data from 324 kinder garetener's fathers, the authors conducted OLS regressions. Our results showed that household work such as cleaning room, has a more positive effect on the evaluation of their children's non- cognitive abilities.
