Paper Title
Dynamic Behavior of Magnetorheological Elastomers under Cyclic Loading

Abstract
Magnetorheological elastomers (MREs) are smart composite materials whichare capable of changing their mechanical, electrical, and magnetic properties when they are placed under mechanical loads. In this paper, dynamic behavior of MREs is studied under different cyclic loadings. Effects of iron particles volume fraction, particles distribution, and magnetic field on dynamic response of MRE are also studied in this work. Continuous tests showed that the hysteresis effect was saturated after several cyclic testing of the samples. A model is proposed in this works that relates mechanical hysteresis with structural characteristic of the MRE samples.
