The Information System Management Model for Quality Assurance of the Educational Testing Bureau Under the Office of the Basic Education Commission
Abstract
It is essential to study the information system management model for quality assurance of the Educational Testing Bureau under the Office of the Basic Education Commission in Thailand. This study explains the conditions and guidelines for the information system management model for quality assurance of the Educational Testing Bureau under the Office of the Basic Education Commission in Thailand. The qualitative approach is used as a research strategy. In-depth interviews were conducted with ten purposive samples of information systems specialists in the education sector. Content analysis was employed. The findings revealed that the educational management process must meet national standards while also being comparable to international standards in order to develop a country and prepare it to compete on the global stage. Quality assurance is thus a very important process and one of the activities that educational institutions must perform in tandem with educational institution administration because educational quality assurance is one of the important mechanisms that can drive educational quality development to continue continuously and operate systematically with quality standards. Internal quality assurance is a system used by educational institutions to instill trust in students, parents, communities, and organizations or establishments that accept students to study or work.
